MX123 - This is a terrible company
I sent an item to mx123.com in good faith thinking that it might be a good company. It was worth a lot, and they claimed that it was damaged even though it wasn't. I confronted them until Chris Janota finally answered. He admitted to me that the item was not damaged, and that they frauded me (although he was not so honest as to use the word fraud).These people are scam artists and frauds and they have the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my enter life.They have scammed countless numbers of people, and desperately need to be shut down.

Preferred solution: This company should be shut down before they scam others. They are not an honest business in any way.

Failure to honor sales estimate, and overall shady and bad business

I sent an item to mx123.com for a estimate of $290. It was in very good condition, and I even took images beforehand to attest that fact. When they received my item they said that they could not pay me because the disk was too damaged. They then sent the disk back to me, and it was in the EXACT SAME CONDITION. These guys are, bluntly put, scam artists and liars. Don't fool yourself in thinking you are their primary concern' your money is. Do not use this company under ANY circumstances, because they will be just as happy to scam you as they do everyone else

Mx123.com scam, thieves

mx123.com trying to steal. I sent a buyback order quoted at $135.56 for 16 dvd's. Sent with delivery confirmation #944901****350001****48 received on 07/08/2013. They said they never received. I contacted there local post office, and was told they did deliver this box to that address. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I have sold to them several times and they always try something, but this is unacceptable. I am filing a theft with the local police dept. in Saint Paul, MN. then we will see who stole my dvd's. They think I am an idiot apparently, as with all the lame excuses they use.
